Our therapists are highly trained. We are members of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (CAMPT). The CAMPT is a group of skilled physiotherapists with extensive post-graduate education in manual therapy and clinical reasoning.


Elizabeth Bergmann (Wightman)

Beth has been practicing Physiotherapy for over 10 years since graduating with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2006. She has completed her Level Three towards her Diploma of Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy and received acupuncture training through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. Beth is a certified member with the Functional Movement Systems Group for SFMA 1 and FMS 1. Beth has also completed BoneFit TM training through Osteoporosis Canada. Beth was previously a competitive distance runner, competing for nationally and internationally for Canada. Beth has transferred her experience in running to her role as a physiotherapist and has taken several continuing education courses on preventing and treating running injuries.


Lisa Schaub (Gokarn)

Lisa graduated from McMaster University with a BHSc(PT)in 1996 after having completed a Bachelor of Physical Education also from McMaster. She has been working as a physiotherapist in orthopedics for over 20 years and has been partnered in private practice with Grace for over 15 years. She obtained her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2006 and went on to become certified with the Functional Movement Systems group for SFMA Level 2 and FMS Level 1. She has most recently been certified in Functional Dry Needling through KinetaCore in 2016. Her main area of interest is in movement dysfunction and correctives to address it.


Grace Ho

Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. She is a Fellow in the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy since 2009 and she completed her certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University in 2008. She completed courses in Selective Functional Movement Systems Assessment (SFMS 1 & 2) and is also certified in level 1 & 2 Functional Movement Systems (FMS). She has been in orthopaedic private practice for over 15 years. Grace is a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto teaching entry level physiotherapy students. She enjoys rock climbing and is also a certified Nordic Pole Walking instructor.
