Ali Zareh

Registered Physiotherapist

Ali is an experienced physiotherapist working as an independent contractor at Cornell Physiotherapy. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and worked in orthopaedic private practice for the past 18 years in Toronto. He also holds a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Michigan.
Ali has completed a postgraduate program in advanced musculoskeletal physical therapy. He holds certifications in Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University and Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation from the University of British Columbia. He is an active member of The Canadian Institute for the Study and Treatment of Pain.
Ali is a passionate physiotherapist and loves working with people. His areas of clinical interest are sport injuries, chronic pain and post-op rehabilitation of ligaments and joint arthroplasty.


Beth Wightman

Beth is working as an independent contractor at Cornell Physiotherapy. Beth graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2006. She completed her Level 3 training towards her Diploma of Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy and received acupuncture training through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. Beth is continuously expanding her knowledge taking post graduate courses, recently she has completed her Bone Fit training through Osteoporosis Canada. Beth has been a competitive runner for over 15 years and is a multiple medalist at the Canadian track and field and cross country championships. She has also represented Canada internationally at the world cross country championships. Beth has transferred her love for running into her role as physical therapist and has taken several continuing education courses on preventing and treating running injuries.


Lisa Schaub (Gokarn)

Lisa graduated from McMaster University with a BHSc(PT)in 1996 after having completed a Bachelor of Physical Education also from McMaster. She has been working as a physiotherapist in orthopedics for over 20 years and has been partnered in private practice with Grace for over 15 years. She obtained her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2006 and went on to become certified with the Functional Movement Systems group for SFMA Level 2 and FMS Level 1. She has most recently been certified in Functional Dry Needling through KinetaCore in 2016. Her main area of interest is in movement dysfunction and correctives to address it.


Grace Ho

Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. She is a Fellow in the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy since 2009 and she completed her certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University in 2008. She completed courses in Selective Functional Movement Systems Assessment (SFMS 1 & 2) and is also certified in level 1 & 2 Functional Movement Systems (FMS). She has been in orthopaedic private practice for over 15 years. Grace is a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto teaching entry level physiotherapy students. Her areas of clinical interest include shoulders, lumbopelvic disorders, core stability training and sports injuries. She enjoys rock climbing and is also a certified Nordic Pole Walking instructor.
